SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
At Sole & Stitch by Salasar, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. We typically dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and shipping partner details via SMS or email. Please allow 4–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. For remote or tier-3 areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹69 may be applied at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional COD fee as displayed during purchase.
We currently ship across most pin codes in India using trusted delivery partners. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of order. Once shipped, we cannot reroute or modify delivery details. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, the product may be returned to us, and re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
Orders are processed during working days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistical issues, or regional restrictions.

Invoice Provision:
At present, we provide only a physical invoice, which will be included in the package and handed over at the time of delivery. Digital invoices are not available at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sole & Stitch by Salasar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at pawangoyal5754@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery. We do not offer reverse pickup at this time.
Items damaged due to use, wear, or improper care will not be eligible for return or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement or credit voucher will be issued
within 3-5 business days, depending on your preference and product availability. We currently do not offer cash refunds. Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange. Footwear sizing issues are covered under exchange only if the product is returned in perfect condition.
